After YE2 2024/Q4 2024/YB 2025 patch 37390000, quarterly reports show 0 employees by month

We are testing patch 37390000 on 12.2 and are finding the State Quarterly Wage Listing and Multiple Worksite Report show zero for employee counts for each month when we run it for Q4 2024. The wages are correct.

I have logged an SR, but wondering if anyone else has run across this issue?
