Smart messaging and AI messaging to candidates if they do not apply thru PS Career Site

We are currently on PeopleSoft PUM 49.

We use PS recruiting and Talemetry for recruiting. Our internal applicants apply for job posting using the Career Site in EE Self Service. Our external applicants apply thru an external website thru Talemetry. The information for the external applicants is then interfaced back to PeopleSoft where they are dispositioned and ultimately go thru the Manage Hire process as needed to move them into PeopleSoft as employees.

Our talent team would like to know if PeopleSoft offers smart messaging and AI messaging to candidates given that our external applicants do not go thru the PeopleSoft career site.
