Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Payroll for NA / Time and Labor - PSFT (MOSC)

Can PeopleSoft confirm if the below state withholding table updates for 2025 will be posted soon?

We have applied:

Tax update 24-C
PRP patchset (we call "24-D")
Patches after 24-D (we call "24-E")
Patch 37373760 containing Hawaii withholding COBOL updates

We are awaiting state withholding table updates for:

Arkansas
Iowa
Louisiana
Maryland counties: Anne Arundel, Calvert, Cecil, St. Mary
North Carolina
Oklahoma

Can you please confirm when these updates are anticipated to post and also, if COBOL changes are necessary as a result of the withholding changes?

If not and these rates could simply be keyed manually, could someone reach out on how to update necessary tables?
