Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

we are on EBS 12.1.3 DB is 11.2.04.

We were using EBS Oracle DB to call Fusion REST API from EBS DB.

since Dec 13th it has stopped working. Getting error

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-29273: HTTP request failedORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130ORA-28860: Fatal SSL error
