Load PCard Stage does not load all transactions into the PCard staging table (CC_TRANS_EC)

I am trying to load a VISA transaction file using the Load PCard Stage Process. (Purchasing, Procurement Cards, Process Statements, Load PCard Stage)

I created a new run control where the card issuer is VISA and the the data source is Visa Commercial Format. The VCF data source means the process will run the PO_ CCVISA subprocess. Card issuer US Bank and data source US Bank 4.0 will also do this, for anyone using them.

I have uploaded the file instead of setting a path to somewhere. The file is a text file. It is a "file of files", meaning that there are multiple 7-lines (end trans file lines) within the file.
