New users in MOSC
Hello.
I would just like to inquire if this is normal. I'm an admin for our Oracle Support account. There was a new request for a new user access this Dec. I was looking for it in cloud portal but cannot find the request for approval. I then checked the old UI and I was able to view and approve the request. After a few days, I checked the user listing in the cloud portal but cannot see the new user approved, but again, in the old UI, i was able to view the user profile of the new user.
