Vulnerability scan on OEM

Dear all,

I got overwhelmed by VA scan on OEM quarterly, and it is quite challenge to find the one-off patch to fix those VA scan. Can you comment how criticality of those VA from security point of view? And it there any best practise to patch those VA on OEM to address the security concern?
