E1 Payroll contains multiple companies but they are not in the same Hub so getting errors

Canadian Payroll

We have setup a Pre-payroll version with data selection containing 2 related companies (eg, 00450 & 00451) but they are setup as separate hub companies so not to have any intercompany relations.

The timecards are posted prior to the payroll being ran so the Generate Timecard Journals step is ran and then the Payroll Journal Proof Edit report which contains errors indicating the Base/Acct Co… Has Different Config Hub. The entries for the first company are OK but the second company shows the errors.

Does anyone know if there is a way to make this work without needing to setup a separate pre-payroll for each? Is there any options or settings that we may be missing to allow this?
