Siebel CTMS Subject level date is not sync to site level
Hi, Dear Experts
When we add new subject like “Screen Failure” status, the "# Screen Failure" is not +1 automatically in site leve. This is not only happens on "Screen Failure" status. Sometime the subject count is +1 automatically, sometime it does not.
Any advice?
Is there any article about subject automatically calculation service?
Or can I find the job log for calculation record?
