How to make R3190 Repost Work With WO AND WM Work Order Types

Hi all,

I am facing an issue where the R3190 Repost program is clearing up the valid EM WO hard commitments .
When R3190 is run for the same component part put up on an MFG WO, it remains intact.
The PO for R3190 is set to a cut off status of 99 and works perfectly Ok for MFG orders.
However if someone runs it for EM component parts with data selection of Item & BP, it is clearing it up.
Assuming that the alphanumeric status comes before 99, it ideally should be considering it.
Also, we have a custom R3190 for the EM work orders specifically, which keeps the EM component commitments intact.
