we have oracle database with 12c std edition . we are unble to take the backup because of ORA-27070

we are unable to take the rman backup because of below error
ORA-27070: async read/write failed
OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure, unable to read from file
O/S-Error: (OS 23) Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

we have full backup Aug-18 and incremental backup 22 -aug after that all incremetal backup are failing. only archive backup running fine.

Database up and running fine. how we can make this database safe. to fis the os issue we need the backup but we are unable to take the rman backup and cp command for the 4 datafiles also not working. if use cp command we are getting below error for 4 datafiles
