Attention EBS Release 12.2 Benefits Customers: The following 2024 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) patch has been released for Release 12.2 customers and is available for download from My Oracle Support:

**IMPORTANT UPDATE - Market Driven Support for EBS Release 12.1 Payroll Customers**:
Market Driven Support for EBS Benefits customers on Release 12.1 ended on December 31st, 2023. Therefore the 2024 Affordable Care Act patch is only available to Release 12.2 EBS Benefits customers. Further details are available in My Oracle Support Document 2827036.1 - ALERT: Market Driven Support for Release 12.1 HRMS and Payroll Customers.
