UNABLE TO OPEN ORACLE FIREWALL APPLICATION ON THE BROWSER

Good Day,

I am setting up Oracle Firewall 20.13.0.0 on hyper-v virtualize. The installation went well and i can access the server remotely using Putty and other SSH software but i am unable to access the application on the browser using https://ipaddress/

I am failing to locate the problem, please assist.
