Requeried Suggestion for CMT Import and Deploy on Pre-prod servers

Hi , currently we are doing migration on pre-prod server.
I have below questions ad require suggestions for same :
1. Currently we are doing CMT import 3 XML files at a time and its taking around 30mins for CMT import of (6 Lakh accounts).So can we increase the CMT Import to 5 XML files at a time ?
2.Also During CMT deploy we are deploying 2 XML files with deploy opcode=true and deploy is taking around 3hrs for 6lakh customer with 6.6 lakh products.
We can see some of CPU is idle so can we increase deploy to 4 or 5 ?
3.Also we observed few things during CMT import below is the detail.
