Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. As I am in the process of EBS upgrade would like to understand mo_global.init and what it means between 12.1 and 12.2 version.

Please provide any supporting document or oracle note ID on the impact if any, Thank you
