Absence Balance in Self Service Showing Zero

We're implementing Sick absence into our system, and all employees in Self Service are seeing a zero balance, despite Results by Calendar/eligibility showing otherwise. 

All formulas are working as expected based on the details from Element Resolution Chain and Results By Calendar.

We're on 9.2, PUM 48, PeopleTools 8.60. I've attached a few screenshots of our issue.

Any ideas/suggestions?
