How to exclude user from the Rebuild Dashboard (batch_dash) on RPASCE?

In RPASCE Assortment panning (v19) dashboard is getting rebuild in rebuild set :rebuild_dash job part of daily and weekly batch for 22 users. for 3 users dashboard is not required anymore so how to stop rebuild set :rebuild_dash job from not rebuild dashboard for those three users?
