R03B16A, R03B161 and R03B163 Statistical History Refresh

I suspect a step was conducted out of order when the Statistics Annual Close (R03B161) and Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A) was conducted on 1/3/25. 1/2/25 invoices within the F03B11 and F03B16 are not being pulled to calculate ASTY (Invoiced This Year) within the F03012 and F03B16S. Subsequent invoices, post 1/2/25 are captured within the F03012, F03B116S tables. Please suggest the best practice to correct this? Note: Initially, I thought changing the P03B08 flag and re-running the R03B161 would true the table up; however activity from 1/2/25 is not be pulled in. Thanks in advance
