Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way to to find out which tables and columns are linked to certain sequences

I have some 20 sequences in my database, I need to find out out which tables and columns are linked to these sequences.

Please help me on how to achieve this.
