Advanced RMAN:Why RMAN doesn't report/delete obsolete backup sets of archived logs?

Oracle Database 12.1.0.2, enterprise edition, CDB-PDB layout in RAConeNode.

Backup optimization is set to ON, recovery window is set to X days, Read Only Tablespaces have longer retention than recovery window. Their backups must not be obsolete while backups of archived logs must be.
