Hello Team,

Urgent help needed.

We have edited default SI group, as we were facing issue while raising Oracle SRs.

But got below mail,

"You are receiving this message because you are a Customer User Administrator (CUA) for one or more Support Identifier(s). Recently a My Oracle Support (MOS) CUA, {removed by admin} , defined or updated a Default Support Identifier which means that all future orders (products and services) on this account will automatically be associated to the Default Support Identifier. You will need the Default Support Identifier in your profile to have access to products and services purchased in the future.If you need additional information please contact the CUA that made the change"
