R42950 Question

Is there a scenario where the R42950 will update the price when the PROV=1? I have a few orders where the price was set to zero.

Checking the F42199, the order was converted from a quote. The PROV field was set to a 1 at the time it was converted and never changed. Yet, the order was repriced when the R42950 was run.
