Slowness in Application

Hello Team,

We are facing intermittent tnsping slowness from the application to the database.

During the issue, the network ping response remains normal, but tnsping latency is significantly high .This issue occurs when there is a high load on the server, and it is most frequently observed during month end periods.

Can you please check and help us resolve this issue.
