gridSetup-sh -applyRU fails by new Installation 19c and patch to 19.22

Hello
I just tried to install Oracle Grid Infra 19.3 (Base Version) with an Upgrade to 19.22
1.) Unzip Grid Infra 19.3 —> successful
2.) unzip opatch 12.2.0.1.42 —> successful
3.) Unzip Patchset 19.22 to stage dir —> successful
4.) gridSetup.sh -silent -applyRU <Stagedir/Patch> fails
Logfile said the inventory can not accessed, but the Inventory Loc - set up in /etc/oraInst.loc is accessible by user grid.

Yesterday I could patch, but have had other issues with Cluster Services, so I decided to deinstall and start from scatch
/u01/app/19.0.0.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto/opatchauto_2025-01-08_10-05-51_binary.log
