Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

The site visit is non-editable when it is approved. no field can be updated, no question can be answered like below.

I have two question.

I do not find the configuration about this control in Applet or BC. Which configuration controls it?
I want to disable "Answer" when visit is submitted for approval. How could I implement this requirement?
