Why does JDE create an entry when you rerun depreciation on the same month?

If you run depreciation on an asset class for a particular month in final mode and then in error, run it a second time in final mode for the same month, JDE creates small adjustments tot the depreciation for the month, by asset. We are using depreciation formula (01+02+22))/64 compute direction P. Is the formula the issue?
