Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Could you please let me know how the Next number with Check digit work, what is the logic behind assigning the random number to the last digit.

For Example if NN= 12345 then work order created will be 123459, Do we know how 9 is calculated?

Also what will happen when the system reaches 9999999.
