How to deduct and report OR MISC2 EE portion paid by the employer

Oracle EBS 12.2.13 with RUP 18

Our employer will be paying a portion of the MISC2 EE Oregon (jurisdiction 38-000-0000) deduction, and that portion then becomes taxable to the employee. Is there a seeded solution to taxing and reporting the employer-paid portion? If not, could users who have handled the same scenario share custom solutions?
