Payroll year end DBA rollover, rolled over Begin Hours balance to wrong TAXX ID

Hello,

when rolling over the DBAs for 2025 it was noticed for employees who had more than one Taxx ID in 2024, the new record was NOT created for the employee's current Tax ID. As an example for the vacation hours available DBA. The data in F06146 shows Taxx ID 1 and Taxx ID 2 in the same Company for 2024. The employees current Taxx ID it ID 2 but when the rollover was ran the 2025 entry was created for Taxx ID 1 containing the Beginning Balance Hours.

All the 2024 values related to the rollover PDBAs are on TAXX ID 2 (Pay Type, Vac Accrued DBA, Vac Available DBA) There are actually no values on the 2024 Taxx ID 1 records so I'm not sure why the 2025 record was created this way.
