Oracle EBS R12 - Report Output in Excel shows Authentication failed

Hi

I am facing authentication failed issue when opened excel report Output from concurrent request → view output → Open. Attaching the error message and steps. Anyone faced similar issue and resolved it?

Note: Same operation works fine in production instance, currently we have created a clone of the Prod instance to use it as a separate new production for one of the entity new OU.

Is this due to missing Security patches or setup between the two instance
