Custome UBE PO Value Getting Empty

Hi Folks,

There is a scenario with a custom UBE where the PO value gets empty, and the user has to fill it manually whenever they want to run. This happens with all custom UBEs.

While investigating we found the below oracle doc and applied the solution but it still happening.

E1: FDA: RDA: Error parsing processing option ID | App Name (Doc ID 2179859.1)

Could someone suggest more help and a workaround for the same?

We already tried to deploy the UBE through the update package and also did the full package.

Current Tool Release - 9.2.3.4 windows platform.
