WIP Job cancelled but OSP PO received , how to return this ?

Oracle Applications : 12.2.5

Application : Work in Process

In our scenario, a WIP job was created, and a corresponding OSP PO(Outside Processing) was also generated. Subsequently, OSP PO (Purchase Order) was received, but before any material movement took place, the WIP job was canceled. However, the PO is now showing as received with destination shop floor.
What is the best process or steps to return this quantity effectively ?
