Upgrading AHF and getting TFA-00201 and tfactl diagcollect fails

OS: Oracle Linux 7.9
Existing AHF release: 21.4.0
Upgrading to release: 24.11.0

Hello, I downloaded AHF 24.11 and ran the following. Note the TFA-00201 during the upgrade, and at the end of this output it reports that the upgrade was successful.

Command I ran and output:
[root]# ./ahf_setup




AHF Installer for Platform Linux Architecture x86_64
