Work Request Description populating 2 fields on Work Order
EAM - R12.2.10
We currently are using eAM Work Request and use approval to create the Work Orders from those Work Requests. We are noticing that the Work Request Description is being populated on the Work Order in 2 places (Description and Additional Description). I am trying to find out if that is intended functionality. I have searched MOS, MOSC and the User Guide and haven’t found any specific statements around that as of yet, so thought I’d ask here to see if anyone has a quick answer for us.
