Unable to fill deliver to location

I am able to add the item in to the cart in iprocurement but receiving the below confirmation message " The ASL/Agreement for the associated item is invalid. Price will be taken from the inventory organization". When I try to fill out the deliver to location nothing shows up when I do a search. Can anyone guide me why I am not getting any organisation to select.
