What is the correct baseURL for a local repo server to download packages from the ELS Linux7 repo

We have extended linux support for Oracle Linux 7. We have to setup the new baseURL in the repo file. However, it does not appear that we are getting updates for packages. Please provide the correct baseURL for the repo file to interact with the Oracle Linux7 repository. I have the following in our repo file below.

[root@host yum.repos.d]# cat ol7_els.repo
[ol7_x86_64_latest_ELS]
name=Oracle Linux 7 x86_64 latest ELS
##baseurl=http://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL7/latest/x86_64
##baseurl=http://yum.oracle.com/repo/ELS/OracleLinux/OL7/latest/x86_64
baseurl=https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL7/extended_support/x86_64
