R12 Can inventory cost be sent to Projects when sales order is shipped

I have sales order with project stripped. Now post Sales Order Pick Inventory cost is hitting Project once i run cost collection manager. I want Inventory cost to hit only after sales order shipment . Is this possbile if so what are the changes needs to be done in R12
