Why Check template in BI Publisher preview mode is showing incorrect format in PDF?

I have observed that check template in BI publisher preview mode is showing differently when compared to viewing it from Oracle EBS after uploading the template to application. I want to understand why BI publisher preview mode PDF output format is showing differently. I can see lot of space between characters as shown in below screen shot.

Please reply if any one have any clue about this issue.
