Replicat abended with ogg-00664, oci error ora-26804 Apply is disabled (status = 26804

Replicat was working OK for 2 month without any error.
Then I got error ora-1654 .
OGG replicat abended after ora-1654.
Then I added a new file to the tablespace because there was no free space.
After that I started replicat but it gives always the same error:
In rpt file:
ERROR OGG-00664 Oracle Goldengate Delivery for Oracle, RDOTAN12.prm: OCI Error ORA-26804: Apply “OGG$RDOTAN12” is disabled (status = 26804-Sending commit command to database inbound server, 'OGG$RDOTAN12' )

In alert file:
GoldenGate Inbound Server and Apply OGG$RDOTAN12 with pid=227,OS id=12700 received commit LCR with position of 323030373230313232393738Pƒ?'x while the applied high position is already 32303037323031323239383
