New York Prenatal Paid Leave - 2025 Benefit Plan

Hi All,

We are currently in PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 .

Recently we have a benefit plan requirement for New York Prenatal Paid Leave effective 2025 Jan.

Since we don't have Absence Management being implemented/used, can you please let u know whether this particular leave can be configured in PeopleSoft HRMS using base benefits and Ben Admin alone without Absence Management.

If Yes, Can you please share the benefit plan attributes for the same.
