Often released Purchasing Planned Order from ASCP are not creating Purchase Requisition

Hi,

Often our buyer comunity, is facing issues when releasing planned orders into POs.

The issue, consists in Planned order, not converted into purchase requisitions, and they stay highlighted until the next day, without being processed. So the buyers, have to reprocess them manually.

Is anyone facing this issue ?

Oracle version : Oracle Applications : R12.2
