How to manually enter Costing Organization field?

Hi All,

In Organization Parameters form (Inventory > Setup > Organizations > Parameters), when I fill a value in Item Master Organization field, Costing Organization field (is blocked) also takes the corresponding value. So is there a way for me to manually enter A field? And if possible, there will be any conflict if the value of Item Master Organization field is different?

Please help me with this problem,
