Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to approve PR due to Budgetary control error massage

After user creates PR he is unable to approve it due the bellow message

"your budgetary control action completed with exceptions"

And when he press View Results he get the bellow:

Can you please advise as this is urgent PR
