Upgrading Siebel version from 15.13 to the latest on new servers

Dear Community Users,

  • Oracle Product: Siebel
  • Version: from 15.13 to the latest one
  • Question Detail: below

We want to update the Siebel version from the current 15.13 to the latest one (passing through version 17, obviously).
The update also includes the transition to new servers (db server and application server), from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2022, and to a new version of the DB, compatible with the latest version of Siebel.

What are the steps to follow? Is there a guide on this?
