Oracle 19c RAC - Persistent ethernet adapter (NIC) names

For Oracle RAC 19c, are persistent NIC names required? I am getting ready to do an installation and I noticed the interface names on the different nodes for the cluster are not consistent (eth0 is data on node 1 and eth1 is data on node 2, interconnects are different across the nodes as well).

OS is RHEL 9.
