SBC doesn't get RTP from Teams Auto Attendant and receives BYE after 15 seconds

Problem description:
We have our SBC interacting with our SIP provider and Teams Direct routing.
Calls to a Teams Auto Attendant number coming from SIP provider (UPD) are passed to Teams Auto Attendant (TLS) that as a call flow to play a welcome greeting and then route the call to a Call Queue based on a business hours table.
Unfortunately the call doesn't play the welcome greeting after the call never gets routed to the Call Queue. The signaling coming back from teams after the first 200 Ok (with selected codec) and is passed and Ack by SIP provider. Then there are no additional messages (i.e.) invite from Teams and just after 15 seconds Teams send a BYE message (REASON: Q.850;cause=18;text="d4f75c11-e5fb-4358-b092-3e0a5e79e33b;An acknowledgement was not received for the call acceptance in the allotted time."), which is passed to SIP provider and they reply with a SIP/2.0 481 Call Leg Does Not Exist).
