Oracle MSCA - Connection Drop

We are on 12.2.9 and just migrated to OCI.

Ever since the migration to OCI, Oracle Mobile supply chain application (Version 1.4.4) on iOS iPad Pro keeps getting a connection drop after 5 minutes.

We already updated the mwa.cfg file to change the timeout to 15 minutes, ran autoconfig but MSCA still keeps getting disconnected after about 4-5minutes, even after staff are continuously on the tablet and the tablet is set to "never" autolock or never sleep/always on.

I have an open SR on this issue. Just wondering if anyone else experiencing this issue.
