Is encryption of local disk partitions possible on ODA?

All of my friends on non-ODA Oracle systems laugh at me when they say they can encrypt all of their local disk partitions and I can't with an ODA. There is a CAT I STIG (OL08-00-010030) that requires local disk partitions on Oracle Linux 8 to be encrypted using LUKS (or something similar). This is something fairly easy to implement if installing OL8 from scratch. Can this be resolved on the ODA? If not, could a request to the engineering team be put in for a future option to install ODA software with local partitions encrypted using LUKS? Thank you.
