Issue with Email Signature and Logo Being Added as Attachments in Unifier Records.
When approving any record via email, the email signature and logos are being added to the Unifier record as attachments. This behavior is irrelevant and unwanted by our users.
We understand that this might be a feature, but we believe it should be limited to email attachments only and not include elements from the email body. This would greatly improve the user experience and maintain the relevance of attachments in the Unifier records.
Could someone please investigate this and provide a solution to prevent email signatures and logos from being added as attachments?
