Need user-level security in Quality Results in Nonconformance Plan (Oracle Quality)

Hi,
How can we secure a Nonconformance quality result (Oracle Quality) so that only the user who creates it can access it, even if other users have (create/view) access to the same plan?

e.g. User-A created NC-123 only has access to it, User-B cannot access NC-123 created by User-A
